Refund Policy:

Treatment packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for services rendered.

Gift Certificates are non-refundable and not a valid form of payment for a no-show or cancellation fees.

Cancellation Fee:

$50 deposit is required to make an appointment. This fee will be applied to the total of your scheduled service/treatment. For pre-paid service/package, a credit card on file is required in order to schedule an appointment. No show or cancellation less than 48 hours results in $50 charge. We serve clients from Cleveland OH, North Olmsted OH, Olmsted Falls OH, North Ridgeville OH, Bay Village OH, Lakewood OH, Berea OH, Brooklyn OH, and BEYOND.
